What are your shipping rates?

We offer tiered shipping rates based on your order total and delivery zone within Europe. Here's a breakdown:

• Belgium: €8.50 (Free shipping above €50)
• Europe Zone A (Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany): €10.00 (Free shipping above €70)
• Europe Zone B (France, Czech Republic, UK, Poland, Spain, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden): €12.00 (Free shipping above €100)
• Europe Zone C (Austria, Croatia, Denmark, Hungary, Ireland, Italy): €14.00 (Free shipping above €130)
• Europe Zone D (Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal): €17.00 (Free shipping above €150)

Do you ship outside of Europe?

We currently only ship within Europe. However, if you're located outside these zones, please contact us at info@boomoderncoffee.com for a custom DHL shipping quote.

Which carrier do you use for shipping?

We ship with DHL Parcel for all our deliveries.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We usually ship orders within 2-4 working days. Shipping time are specific to each country.
For Belgium and Europe zone A, expect 1-2 days, for Europe zone B, C and D, expect 3-5 days.

Roasting style

In order to make our coffees more accessible, we decided to omni-roast. This means our coffees come in only one roast profile, which is suitable for both espresso and filter coffee. Please follow our recommended recipes for the best results!

Freshness of our coffees

Our coffees are shipped by the latest 20 days after being roasted
However, if you'd prefer even fresher beans, let us know by emailing info@boomoderncoffee.com. Please note that this might slightly delay your shipment.
