"Bet-El Experience." pack

Two coffees, one varietal, two very different journeys.

This pack is the result of our ongoing collaboration with César Ledesma at Finca Bet-El in Colombia. We first shared his coffee when Boo! launched, and since then our relationship has only grown stronger, even committing to this harvest together when César visited us in Brussels.

Inside, you’ll find two Pink Bourbon lots:

• Semi-washed: sweet, fresh, strawberry-forward, with a delicate brightness.
• Natural: bold, jammy, full of red fruits and a floral finish.

Same varietal, different process. A rare chance to taste side by side how fermentation and drying can completely transform a coffee.
