Moonlight is one of our signature coffees, showcasing what a modern dark roast can be. It's like biting into a chocolate brownie with notes of caramel and vanilla, and a thick buttery feel. Moonlight is the perfect comfort coffee that shines with milk or by itself.

For Moonlight, at the moment, we chose to work with coffee from Brazil and Peru. While the Brazilian coffee gives us that sweet dark chocolate flavor with a heavy body, the Peruvian coffee further enhances the chocolaty flavor and brings those softer notes of caramel and vanilla, resulting in that easy drinking and comforting profile we were looking for.

When it comes to blending, our approach is first to define a specific flavor profile and then work our way to reach that flavor by trying and choosing different origins. This approach allows us to bring you a constant flavor profile all year long while working with seasonability and switching origin when needed to always offer you the freshest coffee!

To make our coffees more accessible, at Boo! we decided to only produce omni roastThat means that all of our coffees are meant to be used both as espresso or filter coffee. Follow our recipes at the bottom to get the best result with each coffee!
