Mystery Coffee League – February Edition

We’re incredibly excited to be selected as the Mystery Coffee League Roaster of the Month for February.

Mystery Coffee League is a community-driven project created by coffee nerds, for coffee nerds. Each month, one roaster prepares a coffee with zero information revealed. No origin, no process, no tasting notes.

The goal? Brew it, taste it, cup it, pull it as espresso if you want — and try to guess everything about it. Origin, variety, processing method, flavor profile… nothing is off limits.

At the end of the month, participants submit their guesses. The roaster then reveals the full details of the coffee, and the member with the most correct answers earns the title of Champ of the Month. Over the year, points accumulate toward the ultimate prize: Mystery Coffee League Champion of the Year.

For this edition, we’ve selected a coffee that we believe shines across multiple brew methods, offering enough complexity and personality to spark discussion, debate, and very confident (or very wrong) guesses.
